The grand finale of Miss Trans Queen India 2019 was held on 3rd of October in Dilli Haat. Nithu RS from Karnataka was crowned as the Winner with Shaily Rai from Chhattisgarh and Bonita Singh Rajpurohit were crowned 1st and 2nd runner up of the show #MissTransQueenIndia
